Wonderful estate agents. How often do you hear that?! I previously had the house on the market with two other agents, and got a letter from Lune Valley Estates. I rang the number, spoke to Lily and not looked back. Rob and Lily have gone over and above all expectations to sell the house for me. They are very easy to communicate with, always get back very quickly to any query or issue, and are very friendly and professional, not being daunted by some external difficulties along the way. They also work outside usual office hours, and while I wouldn't normally contact out of hours, it was reassuring to know they were there. I would definitely recommend. Lune Valley have been fantastic!! The process took a little longer than expected but at no fault of their own.
