I cannot recommend Lune Valley Estates enough! Katrina was there for us day and night, not only to talk about the moving process but there to reassure us whenever we needed! We have recently purchased our dream property, via Lune Valley Estates and the service from Rob and his team was absolutely first class.
The process of buying and selling property can be traumatic and, following a chain collapse from the bottom, we can honestly say this purchase would not have gone through without Rob’s rigorous tenacity. Having previously sold another property, via Houseclub, in Lancaster, I have to say that the service provided by Lune Valley Estates was poles apart and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bespoke service where nothing is too much trouble.
Lune Valley Estates are exceptional and gone are the days where the only agents to choose from are the bland, corporate, high st chains where customer service is at the bottom of their priority list!

We recently bought a house with Lune Valley Estates, after Katrina proactively contacted us immediately after seeing a place that matched our requirements. The service that we received from Katrina has been outstanding and like no other agent we worked with in the past. It can be night, it can be Easter, it can be Sunday, she will always find the time to put her clients first. Throughout the whole process, from viewing to completion, Katrina was the only agent within the chain ensuring that things were moving and communication was flowing between all parties.
