Unblocking issues up and down the chain we are always working towards the critical points of exchange of contracts and completion. Facilitation of EPCs
When selling, it is a legal requirement to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This gives buyers information about a property’s energy use and typical costs and we can arrange this for you.
