We understand you may not want everyone to know you're selling or you'd just prefer to go the private route. That's why at Lune Valley Estates we offer an off-market service which includes a more discreet marketing process.

- You simply do not want the hassle of having your home put on the open market. A discreet sale normally means less viewings and more serious buyers. We will only contact buyers who we know are in a good position to buy your particular type of property, and those whose requirements are well-met.

- You are finishing those final touches. Off-market sales allow properties to be undergoing construction or improvements whilst the agency is generating interest, as no marketing photos are needed.

- You simply do not wish to notify the public. This could be to avoid ‘neighbourhood gossip’ or to stop your children finding out that their home is for sale until necessary.

- You’re planning to move for a new job and cannot go to the open market until you have handed in your notice.

Whatever the circumstances Hush provides a more private marketing package and selling strategy so your personal life remains yours.

So how do we sell Hush properties?

Here at Lune Valley Estates, we ask every client on our system for their property search requirements which means our network of potential buyers for off-market sales is huge, and always growing. So for each new Hush property we have a bank of people we approach whose budget and requirements are a match.

Off-market listings are typically matched with cash buyers, or those in very proceedable positions, so if a buyers’ home is not yet on the market, (and their offer would be subject to the sale of their home), they are less likely to be contacted regarding one of these sales.
