Meet the Team

Max & Millie’s dad first of all, and our company director second, Rob spends 7 days a week at Lune Valley Estates, so is always available for any property-related queries.

Rob has over 15 years of property experience and has been in sales for 20 years.

Fun Fact: Rob’s favourite sport is Formula 1 - “One day, I will go to Spa!”

Dream House: A grand castle in the highlands of Scotland, with plenty of land for Max & Millie!

Paul specialises in all things property! If not attending valuations, viewings or meetings, Paul spends the day in the office managing our property portfolio.

Paul has been working in Estate Agency for 16 years now and has a wealth of experience with high end properties and is an incredibly valuable assett to our client base.

Fun fact: “If I’m not at work, you’ll find me on the fairway!”

Dream House: A smallholding with enough room for Alpacas and a Pitch and Putt!

Ann Marie is the back bone of our office operations in Caton. Always willing and more than able to assist all of our clients with their needs and requirments. You’ll get very used to her calming yet informative tones on the telephone!

Fun fact: Ann Marie is a MASSIVE fan of outdoor pursuits, specifically Go-Ape!

Dream House: A cute cottage by the sea with dazzling sunset views.

Davies is the newest member of the brigade! A very capable and enthusiastic chap who is incredibly. Having previously had 8 months experience in property management, Davies handles day to day viewings, sales negotiations as well as maintaing are incredibly high levels of customer service.

Fun fact: I love Skiing and all things sport!

Dream House: A countryside residence with a five-a-side pitch!
